My teacher found my self harm scars, please help me?

It is addictive, i selfharm now and i am fed up of the lectures people give me about it, i no its bad ect ect but they really do NOT help. Do your parents know? and how do they (or will) feel about it? if you have a close relationship with them it should be easier to get it off your chest. and as for your teacher well i have three opinions 1) tell her to mind her own business because your sorting it 2) lie out of your **** and say something stupid but practically beliveable like i was tottaly hammerd :P lol or 3) tell her everything she could be someone useful to talk to. x
