(creationists)Why do all apes look alot alike and all cats look a lot a like?

all monkey and apes look a lot a like, and we have their same form. cats like tigers,leopards,cheetahs etc all look a like. if you do not believe in evolution, why do you think there are such obvious clifications of animals?
