Your search - i have been using neutrogena stress control acne wash for about 3 days, it hasnt made a differen?
A deficiency in zinc, potium, vitamin B6, and vitamin A causes acne (seriously, google to see for yourself!). Also, the lower your PH level is (high acidity in your body), the more you're going to get acne. so make sure you're eating alkalizing foods (google which ones are). Avoid acne-triggering foods like junk food, sugar, sugar subsitutes (aspartame, sucrose, sorbitol, etc..), and limit nuts. drink lots of water! what you eat has the most effect on your skin (more than any cometic or soap, etc.)!! don't forget zinc, potium, vitamin B6, and vitamin A!!
