How do you interpret these words of Jesus?

First of all The Holy Ghost which is God himself has to convict you of your sins, Then you can come to God through the work that Jesus did on that cross,, But while Jesus walked this earth, his father did not even dwell in Jesus until Jesus was baptized at age 30, then God the Father came to dwell in Jesus without measure, but God dwells in us with measure.
