Swaddling question...?

my baby girl is 20 weeks old,and has just started sleeping through the night!! however we have a problem,i swaddle her in a regular blanket and all of a sudden every hour her little hands creep up near her face and she breaks out her swaddle,causing her to wake...anyone else had this? should i just not swaddle her anymore and risk the lack of sleep or keep getting up and reswaddling her (by the way my partner has recently started snooring loudly so now when i wake to sort her it takes me ages to get back to sleep-the joys!!) any suggestions would be fab..x
