Blackberry storm!?! help plzplzplz?

I would suggest you hook up your computer to the blackberry desktop manager software. Make sure you have fully backed up your device. You will need to do a reset of your device(which will delete everything so make sure your device is backed up fully). Once this has been done go into Options> Security options> General settings.. Hit the blackberry(menu on) and choose wipe handheld. Once you have done this watch the performance of the phone and see if that helps. You should then reload your personal contacts.
