Are englands children smarter than americas children?

It's nothing to do with IQ. The American school system is one of the lowest ranked school systems in the industrialized world. We could all sound as eloquent as well-educated people if we had access to a good education system. Unfortunately, here in the USA, a good education is pretty much limited to the folks who can afford private schools, who can afford to live in the neighborhoods served by particularly good public schools, or who can afford private tutoring for their children.
