Cooking chicken tenders on a skillet?

well if they are breaded youu dont need to thaw them, just trow them in the oven and cook them. if they arent breaded and you are talking about chicken tenderloins you can just run them under COLD water for a few minutes to thaw them, then i rub mine in olive oil salt and pepper and throw them in the skillet until cooked through. they taste great and are perfect for salads
